An informal group for people over 50 who live in or around Topsham aimed at keeping the body active, livening up the spirit and helping the mind stay alert.

A range of activities, indoors or out, include:
- Table Tennis
- Pétanque/boules
- Badminton
- Pool
- Board Games
- Easy Exercise
or whatever the group members decide.
Just call in for some or all of the time, enjoy some light refreshments, good company and have a go at any activity that takes your fancy.
